Better transport for a better world
I help governments, international organisations and development partners understand and accelerate the implementation of sustainable, low-carbon transport through research, data analysis and policy insights. My work supports global and regional efforts to create sustainable, low-carbon mobility systems and evidence-based decision making.
I am a skilled researcher working at the intersection of sustainable transport, climate action and evidence-driven advocacy. Over the years, I have supported governments, the international transport community and development partners in advancing sustainable, low-carbon transport.
Currently, I lead the research work for the SLOCAT Partnership, developing methodologies, strategies and tools in support of knowledge products and advocacy. My expertise spans data analysis, policy analysis, climate finance and research in the context of global processes on climate change and sustainable development, with a focus on the Global South. I have been based in Seoul (Republic of Korea) since 2012.
